Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Accounts:

Once you complete our wholesale sign up form you will receive an email to log in. Your account is fully setup and personal details can be managed in your customer dashboard. You do not require a password as a code will be sent to the email/ phone number on file to enable logging in each time you shop with us.

Ordering:

• You can log in online to place orders and view live stock availability
• We have a minimum order of 5 pieces per item
• After 5 pieces, you can order in any amount (doesn't have to be in lots of 5)
• There is no minimum dollar spend

This means that if you only want to stock 1 item from our range, you only need to order at least 5 pieces of that item to get wholesale pricing. If you are wanting 10 styles of metal earrings, you'd be ordering 10 designs x minimum of 5pc each 

Pricing:

• All prices are NZD and GST exclusive.
• Payment is due prior to fulfilment
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer
• All products must be sold at RRP or higher.

Shipping:

• Orders are fulfilled on all non-public holiday weekdays. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 days unless stock is being pre-ordered or made to order.
• Flat-rate shipping rates will be calculated based on your order and applied at checkout

Returns:

• For any faulty or damaged items please contact us within 10 days by emailing orders@maoribydesign.co.nz
• Repairs, replacements, credits and refunds are offered at the discretion of our directors. Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns.
